Cheerleading needs to master Jump Skills. This class is designed to make the athlete the best jumper on the team. Athletes in this original cheerleading skill class will work on flexibility, strength, and jump technique.
This class is an intermediate to advanced level stunting class with 3 coaches to enable the athletes to have "in air" time as well as stretching and body positions. Basket tosses will also be trained. Note: SCA Elite Team Flyers Only or by evaluation
This 25-minute cheer skills class is for Novice and Prep Cheerleading Flyers. Stretching, body positions, core strength and stunt stand skills will be taught. This in the flyers class for SCA Prep and Novice athletes.
Cheer Prep is designed for beginner to advanced students ages 10-18 who want to prepare for school or all-star cheer tryouts. This class focuses on combining motions, jumps, voice projection, entrances with spirit, cheers, and dancing. This is a great class for athletes preparing for junior high and high school tryouts. Classes are grouped by age and ability level.
Cheer-Dance is a dynamic and fun combination of cheerleading moves to create a stylish dance. We will learn a variety of high-energy routines consisting of motions performed to music. Group formations and individual expression will make you feel like a professional cheerleader.
